How to use:

• Clean and dry your brest area.
• Peel off the backing film / plastic.
• Stick the smooth side of the patch to your nipple area.
• Press the nipple cover 

Keep me clean:

• Apply some mild soap & gently hand wash the nipple cover under warm water.
• Air dry in shade, do not expose it to the sun
• cover with protective film
